Twitter, where are my ‘juicy details’?

The above image is a screen grab of someone who recently chose to follow me on Twitter. Usually if someone follows me, I will follow back. So I was intrigued when I found out I couldn’t do so — even though it looks as if I already have.
Instead I was sent to twitter.com/suspended :
Hmmmmm. The pages reads, “. . . or if you’re curious as to why an account might be suspended, head over this way for the juicy details.”
But, surprise, there are no juicy details, only this:

If I had to guess, this follower is a spammer, or someone who did something naughty.
