Easily design WordPress templates with Artisteer

A while back I was chatting with some folks about how somebody needs to come up with a program that easily allows you to churn out WordPress templates with little to no programing skills. It seems Artisteer now does just this.
Only I can’t use it now because it is Windows only. So feel free to relate your experiences with it in the comments. Is Artisteer a beginners only product or is it robust enough for professionals? Does it integrate well with WordPress? What do some of the final results look like?
