Netflix official app to stream movies?

Word around the interwebs is Netflix may come out with an official iPhone app allowing streaming of movies and shows from your “watch instantly” queue. The downside is it will most likely only work over WiFi due to concerns that such an app would place too much strain on AT&T’s 3G network.
