Video-stitching live cellphone streams

So Microsoft labs in Cairo, Egypt, have developed a way to combine various videos shot live on separate cell phones, of essentially the same scene, and combine them into a single, wider video.

A college of mine referred to this as, “adaptive supersampled combinators!”

Let’s take it one step further and add real time image enhancement to improve the final video result.  Serious tech.
