Unknown iPhone icon

When asked if I knew what the hell this iPhone icon is, I answered: I haven’t a clue. Thought maybe it had something to do with a Bluetooth keyboard? Perhaps some kind of way to interface with those TDD things for communicating with equipment for the deaf? I really have no friggin’ idea.
Anyone know what this icon that looks like a phone atop a keyboard means? What it is for? How it could have gotten turned on? How to turn it off? Or any combination of these questions.
