This spam-ish ad just showed up in my inbox from Rolling Stone Magazine.  I don’t recall seeing any TV spots for this show, Trust Me, so, for some reason, I looked it up.  The shows description seems like there’s going to be a big focus on interpersonal relationships and less attention payed to the business of advertising:

Set against the backdrop of the high-pressure world of advertising, TRUST ME focuses on Mason (McCormack) and Conner (Cavanagh), a pair of ad men whose strong creative partnership has served the firm of Rothman Greene & Mohr extremely well over the years. Mason, an art director, is a responsible, workaholic family man with a beautiful wife, Erin (Clarke), two children and an undying loyalty to the brands he helps sell. By contrast, his writing partner, Conner (Cavanagh), is a single, impulsive copywriter with the attention span of a teenager. The series follows the changing dynamics between the two friends, who are better together than they are apart.

I just discovered LiveChannel.com, a site where you can download — surely enough — a little program called Live Channel.  With it you can watch various live . . . . wait a sec . . . I’m dumb.  The site is actually Livestation.com.  With the Livestation app you can stream various TV channels like (some) CNN, Aljazeera English, Bloomberg, C-Span, etc on your computer.  Anyway, if you are still interested in the LiveChannel.com error, the Server Error text is after the jump.

Seth MacFarlane is the creator of Family Guy, but you most likely know that.  He’s also doing short online animations called Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy (as embedded above).  Also, the season premier of Family Guy is below.

J.J. Abrams’s FRINGE is scheduled to premier tomorrow night, September 9th, on FOX at 8/7c.  I’m a fan of Lost and some of J.J.’s other projects so I’m definitely going to at least check this one out, if not on the tube then online.  Haven’t really heard or read too much about it.  I’m intrigued by a couple of promos I’ve seen and the simple fact that Abrams’s in involved.
